Candy Canes and Santa Claus every night starting December 1 5-8 p.m. at the Punta Gorda History Park, 501
Shreve Stree. Santa every night for pictures with the kids, Bonsema displays, Live Music, Cookies to decorate, candy canes.  All the historic houses lit up for Christmas.

Nothing But the Blues Happy Hour is at the Punta Gorda Woman's Club on Friday, December 1 4 to 8 p.m. Blues entertainment, dancing, southern dishes to sample, "hooch" and more.  Benefit for the Blanchard House. $25 donation.
